Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced RSA Archer IT Business Analyst / Archer Developer to support, enhance, and maintain the RSA Archer eGRC platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Archer configuration, development, administration, integrations, reporting, and production support, along with a solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize RSA Archer applications, including workflows, questionnaires, access controls, custom objects, and core GRC solutions.
- Develop and maintain Advanced Workflows (AWF), calculated fields, data-driven events, data feeds, reports, and dashboards.
- Design and implement integrations between RSA Archer and enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, XML/JSON, and file-based interfaces.
- Provide L1, L2, and L3 production support, troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system stability.
- Develop risk, compliance, audit, and third-party risk reporting solutions and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into Archer solutions, and recommend process improvements and platform enhancements.
- Support Archer upgrades, migrations, patch deployments, and ongoing platform administration activities.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, audit, and technology teams to deliver scalable GRC solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–9 years of experience in RSA Archer development, configuration, administration, and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Archer Application Builder, Workflow Designer, Data Feeds, Reporting & Dashboarding, Access Controls, and Advanced Workflows.
- Experience with RSA Archer modules such as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), IT Risk Management (ITRM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Compliance Management.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, and data integration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and Third-Party Risk processes.
- Experience supporting applications across L1, L2, and L3 support models.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or consulting environments.
- Experience with Archer Cloud deployments and advanced workflow design.
- Exposure to Cybersecurity Risk Management, Risk Analytics, and Regulatory Compliance solutions.
- RSA Archer certifications are an asset.
