POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Clinical Development intern that will support the Clinical Development team in post approval clinical research activities, including site-initiated trials (SITs), investigator-initiated studies (IITs), scientific literature review, clinical documentation, and cross-functional coordination. The role will work under appropriate supervision and in accordance with applicable regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of clinical trial-related documents, trackers, and study materials.
• Assist with scientific literature searches and prepare concise summaries to support clinical development activities.
• Support preparation of clinical and scientific presentation materials, meeting summaries, and internal reports.
• Assist with documentation and administrative activities related to post-approval clinical trials, IITs, SITs and evidence generation projects.
• Support site and investigator-related activities, including preparation of site lists, investigator profiles, and communication trackers.
• Assist with tracking study progress, action items, timelines, and follow-up items under supervision
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to summarize scientific or clinical information clearly and accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Power Point and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage assigned tasks within timelines.

EDUCATION

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, PharmD, or related degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Clinical Research, or a related discipline.

CORE COMPETENCIES

• Strong interest in clinical development, clinical research, pharmaceutical industry, or

medical affairs.

• Basic understanding of clinical trials, drug development, or healthcare research is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
