We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Graduate Outcomes (“GO”) and Project Administrator to join our Student and Professional Development team on a part time basis.
This varied role combines administration, data management and project coordination. You will support the University's Graduate Outcomes activities by helping to maintain accurate graduate data for submission to HESA and coordinating the Graduate Kickstart Programme, an initiative that supports recent Brunel graduates from underrepresented backgrounds.
Working closely with Student Records, Planning, Alumni Relations and colleagues across Student and Professional Development, you will help ensure that graduate data is accurate, up to date and submitted in line with HESA requirements and deadlines.

Salary: Grade 5 from: £29,827 to £33,744 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £35,510 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution (pro-rata if part-time).

What You'll Be Doing

You will be someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and taking pride in producing accurate work.
You Will Have
Experience of using the SITS student records system would be a distinct advantage. Experience of working within a Higher Education environment is also desirable.
