A Snapshot of Your Day
Join the Business Improvement and Strategic Projects team within Offshore Wind Construction as Business Developer (f/m/d), in a 13-month fixed-term role covering parental leave while maintaining momentum on critical business initiatives. You will lead strategic projects from conception to completion, analyze and improve business processes across the construction workflow, and manage stakeholder communications in a complex, cross-functional environment. From building detailed project plans and risk mitigation strategies to identifying process optimization opportunities and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior management, your work will directly sustain key improvement efforts during the coverage period. This is a senior-level position for an experienced project professional who can work independently, guide teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced offshore wind environment.
