Role Description The Registered Nurse at HydraHive will provide direct patient care in a wellness and longevity clinic setting, including intake assessments, vital signs, and ongoing monitoring of client responses to treatments. Daily responsibilities include administering IV hydration, vitamin therapies, injections, and other clinic services according to established protocols, while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation. The nurse will educate clients on preventive health, treatment plans, and post-care instructions, and collaborate with providers to support medical weight loss, hormone optimization, and aesthetic procedures. This role also supports corporate wellness events through on-site clinical services and health education. This is a part-time, on-site role located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas and good standing with the Board of Nursing.
  • Experience in wellness, preventive care, outpatient clinic, or related ambulatory care settings.
  • Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, IV insertion and management, injections, and medication administration.
  • Ability to provide clear health education and communicate treatment plans in a supportive, client-centered manner.
  • Comfort working with wellness-focused services such as IV therapy, weight management, hormone optimization, and aesthetic treatments (prior experience in any of these areas is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary providers and corporate wellness partners.
  • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records and basic medical office technology.
  • Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory care and maintaining patient privacy and regulatory compliance.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours on-site in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
