Define what “good enough to ship” means for the platform that secures the world’s identities.
Location: Warsaw, Poland or Alicante, Spain
Working model: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
Reports to: CTO
Organization: R&D (~100 people)
Own the bar that everything ships against
For a company whose vision is to secure the world’s identities, quality isn’t a checkpoint at the end - it’s the promise we make to every customer. With CI/CD pipelines releasing daily, a cloud platform shipping every six weeks, major on-premises releases three times a year, and hotfixes that have to be right the first time, the quality bar must be clear, measurable, and trusted by everyone. You own that bar.
At Omada, a global leader in Identity Governance and Administration, we’re building one of the most advanced SaaS security platforms in the industry. Reporting directly to our CTO, you’ll define and own the quality strategy, standards, and testing discipline across our 10+ scrum teams and ~100-person R&D organization, spanning both our cloud and on-premises products. You’ll also lead our Test Automation Developers - currently embedded within the scrum teams - with the mandate to shape how test automation is organised, including the opportunity to bring them together as a dedicated quality function.
You’ll work hand in hand with our Release Manager: you own the quality of the software, while they own the quality and execution of the release process. Together you make releases that are both dependable and predictable.
This is a high-visibility leadership role where your standards, your judgment, and your ability to influence directly shape the reliability customers trust their identities to.
What you’ll own
What you’ll bring
Nice to have:
You won’t tick every box on this list, and that’s completely fine. If you bring strong quality leadership and most of the above, we’d love to hear from you.
