Vice President of Growth

Our firm is partnering with a fast-growing European AI consumer app company to hire a VP of Growth.

The company builds and scales subscription-based mobile apps across productivity and AI categories and is looking for a growth leader to own the acquisition and growth engine across its app portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing the overall growth strategy across multiple apps

• Leading and scaling the Performance Marketing team

• Owning large-scale multi-channel UA budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, ad networks, and emerging platforms

• Driving ROAS, LTV/CAC, payback periods, and growth efficiency

• Partnering closely with Creative and Product teams

• Building attribution, reporting, and experimentation frameworks

• Identifying and scaling new acquisition channels

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Growth / Performance Marketing

• 3+ years in leadership roles

• Strong track record scaling consumer mobile apps

• Deep expertise across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, MMPs, attribution, and post-ATT ecosystem

• Strong analytical skills and experience with cohort analysis, LTV, and unit economics

• Experience managing high-scale UA budgets

• Subscription app experience preferred
