The Embedded Customer Success Manager is the dedicated point of contact for assigned key customer accounts, owning day-to-day account management and ensuring effective operational delivery. The role works closely with the customer and internal ADI teams to align stakeholders, deliver successful project outcomes resolve issues quickly,

JOB DUTIES:

  • Own day-to-day account management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Partner with the customer to define ADI product solutions for end users across new and existing projects.
  • Act as the single point of contact, coordinating communication between the customer and ADI internal teams.
  • Anticipate risks, prevent issues where possible, and drive timely resolution when issues arise.
  • Support ongoing project execution and ensure continuity across workstreams.
  • Manage escalations, ensuring clear ownership, communication, and follow-through.
  • Align stakeholders (customer and ADI) on project proposals.Identify project add-ons to drive incremental value and revenue.
  • Coordinate with ADI teams to ensure on-time delivery; communicate proactively on delays and mitigations.
  • Co-own supply forecasting with the Inventory team, incorporating customer demand signals.
  • Facilitate RMA and return intake.Assess warranty claims and make decisions in line with ADI policies.
  • Partner with assembly partners (MVB) to address known issues and recurring defects.
