Sales Manager, Europe (Fully Remote)
We are looking for a Sales Manager to support the expansion and adoption of AI-enabled healthcare platforms across healthcare providers in Europe. The role will involve building and executing a scalable SaaS go-to-market strategy, driving new business growth across European healthcare markets, while working closely with the founders to shape the commercial function as the business scales. You will provide strategic commercial expertise and operational guidance throughout the sales process, translating your understanding of high-growth startup realities into sustainable, long-term business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and closing new business opportunities within European healthcare markets
- Building trusted relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders
- Guiding prospective clients smoothly from initial demo through to platform adoption
- Understanding provider pain points and demonstrating how the digital and AI tools optimise the patient journey
- Collaborating internally with product and engineering teams to improve go-to-market strategies as we scale
- Meeting ambitious revenue targets to establish the foundations for future international expansion
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within healthcare and a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
- Understanding of European healthcare markets, primary care operations, or digital health workflows
- A highly ambitious, proactive, and self-driven mindset with a passion for delivering commercial growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and autonomous execution skills
- The adaptability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced, and highly entrepreneurial environment
