Position goal: Support Total Rewards tasks focus on reporting and analysis of data

Functions

• Review and track the variations on people cost versus the budget
• Prepare the people cost outlook review for each quarter
• Guarantee the proper allocations of headcount cost
• Prepare different reports for decision taking ad hoc
• Prepare people cost analysis to support de decision-making process
• Work with different departments to align information and analyses
• Support the quarterly bonus calculation in terms of communication after approvals

Experience: 1 year in similar roles

Knowledge, skills: Business Management Degree or alike, intermediate English level, MS office suite skills – specially Excel
