Junior Project Manager – SAS Product Implementations

Initial 3 - 6 Month Contract + Extensions

Up to $650 per day including super

This role is open to remote however candidates based in Qld (Brisbane or Sunshine Coast) are preferred.

We’re seeking a Junior Project Manager to support two large-scale customer implementation projects already underway. This role would suit someone with experience supporting enterprise software or SaaS implementations into end-customer environments, with strong coordination, documentation and stakeholder management skills. You’ll work closely with internal technical and functional teams to manage project plans, track milestones, follow up actions, escalate risks and issues, and keep delivery moving.

Key responsibilities:

• Support delivery of customer software implementation projects
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and status reports
• Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and customers
• Facilitate meetings, capture actions and follow up on deliverables
• Support documentation, workflow mapping and process improvement activities

About you:

• Experience supporting software, SaaS, CRM or enterprise system implementations
• Strong project coordination, planning and reporting skills
• Confident managing stakeholders, actions, risks and timelines
• Comfortable working with technical teams and external customers
• Experience in healthcare, community services, disability, government or regulated environments would be highly regarded
