The Role

We're looking for a Paid Social Manager to own strategy, execution, and optimization for our clients' paid social programs — with Meta Ads as the core of the role. You'll be the day-to-day expert managing budgets, building campaigns, and — critically — translating performance data into sharp, specific creative feedback that helps clients' teams learn and get better over time.

This is a contract-to-hire position. We're hiring someone who wants to build something real with us, not just fill a seat.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) as the primary platform
  • Own campaign structure, targeting, budget allocation, and bid strategy to hit client KPIs
  • Monitor performance daily/weekly and make timely optimization decisions (creative rotation, budget shifts, audience refinement, bid adjustments)
  • Deliver clear, actionable creative feedback to clients and internal creative partners — not just "this underperformed" but why, and what to try next
  • Build reporting that tells a story: what worked, what didn't, and what we're testing next
  • Partner with account and creative teams to keep testing roadmaps moving and ensure creative learnings actually get applied
  • Stay current on platform changes, policy updates, and new ad formats across Meta and beyond
  • Support paid social efforts on other platforms as client needs expand (Pinterest, TikTok, Google, Snap)

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid social management experience, ideally in an agency or client-services environment
  • Deep, current expertise in Meta Ads Manager — campaign structure, targeting, bidding, pixel/CAPI setup, and troubleshooting
  • A proven track record of giving creative feedback that clients (or internal teams) actually act on — you can explain the "why" behind performance in a way that helps others learn, not just a list of stats
  • Strong analytical instincts — comfortable in the numbers, but always translating data into a clear point of view and next steps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can present performance and recommendations confidently to clients
  • A self-starter mentality — you manage your own workload across multiple client accounts without needing to be micromanaged
  • Experience with attribution, tracking, and measurement challenges in a post-iOS14 world
