We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate E-commerce Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a candidate with up to 2 years of experience who is eager to build a career in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage website content updates, merchandising activities, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Create and execute CRM campaigns across Email and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with global headquarters, internal teams, and e-retail partners to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Translate, adapt, and proofread marketing content from English to Arabic.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign performance recaps while monitoring key e-commerce KPIs.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer experience to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support customer service with e-commerce-related inquiries.
- Assist the E-commerce Manager with day-to-day e-commerce, digital marketing, and operational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in the beauty, luxury, fashion is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify,Magento... ) is an advantage.
- Exposure to CRM platforms (Selligent, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Familiarity with Jira, Tableau, SEO principles, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
