We’re scaling fast in the UAE office, and looking for a Corporate & Commercial associate who wants more than just another legal role, but to build and expand a team that's growing super fast, working with some of the fastest scaling companies and the top startup/scaleup ecosystems in the UAE, and we're about to surpass our 40th team member.

What we're looking for?

✅ UK Qualified corporate/commercial lawyer (common law) with at least 5 years of experience, and trained at a large-scale US/UK law firm

✅ Already based in the UAE (1-2 years’ local experience ideal)

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset + ability to thrive in fast-moving environments

✅ Excellent communicator (written + verbal).

Bonus points if you've got

💡 Fundraising/venture experience💡 Cross-border advisory experience (Europe / Middle East)

💡 Exposure to data protection, IP, consumer law, or digital assets

✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable with legal tech

✅ Strong commercial contracts background with high-growth tech clients
