Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
Provide full support to assets in SPOMA Running & Specialty Sports, negotiations and projects, being fully aligned with the respective Manager and in compliance with the planned Local Attack Plan. Must be proactive, being able to work in a fast pace environment and be able to deal with pressure under negotiations x objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the local attack plan and execute it flawlessly to deliver SPOMA Partners KPI´s
- Manage all the sports and activations calendars in order to create strategic brand moments.
- Manage all daily relations with our athletes portfolio, it means: delivering products on time and being available to understand and manage their expectations, executing contract rights properly to strengthen our connections and build more reliable relations
- Manage and track the entry of key categories products to supply SPOMA partners on time to response the brand and products calendar. Stock and order fullfillment data analysis
- Execute an monitoring the allocated budget for each sport category.
- Align an open relationship between the categories pillars inside the company – CTC- Brand Comms and Omni channel to establish clear goals an set the local strategy and plans.
Knowledge Skills And Abilities
- University degree or equivalent education required
- Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area
- Minimum 2 years experience in job or job function
- Advanced level of written and spoken english
