Head of Marketing | CPG Brand | D2C Growth Leader
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Head of Marketing to lead a growing consumer brand into its next phase of growth.
This is a unique opportunity for a senior marketing leader who can combine brand storytelling, creative direction, and performance marketing expertise to build a differentiated CPG brand and drive measurable business results.
The ideal candidate is a true hybrid marketer — someone who understands how to build emotional brand connections while also optimizing acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Creative Leadership
• Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and creative strategy across all consumer touchpoints
• Lead internal creative teams and agency partners to develop impactful campaigns across digital, packaging, print, and video
• Ensure brand storytelling is authentic, engaging, and aligned with consumer needs and values
Marketing Strategy & Growth
• Develop and execute an integrated, omni-channel marketing strategy across paid media, email/SMS, content, direct mail, and digital channels
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
• Build community, advocacy, and partnerships to strengthen brand loyalty
• Optimize the customer journey to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value
Leadership & Analytics
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing organization
• Establish KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, revenue growth, and brand awareness metrics
• Use data and insights to guide strategy, investment decisions, and growth initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer experience teams
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, CMO, or similar)
• Experience within CPG, consumer goods, D2C, ecommerce, or related industries
• Proven success building brands and driving measurable growth through integrated marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of paid media, retention marketing, CRM, and customer acquisition strategies
• A balance of creative vision and analytical rigor — you understand both brand building and conversion optimization
• Exceptional storytelling, communication, and leadership skills
