What You’ll Work On

  • Support the incubation of NikeSKIMS in GC marketplace and help identify scalable opportunities that will strenghten NikeSKIMs’s long-term marketplace position.
  • Support our NikeSKIMs’ Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution, and land the premium positioning of this brand across retail and Digital.
  • Support seasonal sell-ins to marketplace partners. Prepare and deliver clear, compelling product & brand presentations that influence partner decisions.
  • Ensure & assit timely order submissions, oversee order tracking and retail launch coordination.
  • Assist on Business Forecasting: plan retail & Digital seasonal forecast thru calibrating product confidence (newness and essentials) against retail KPI metrics (traffic, conversions etc).
  • Facilitate Sport x Marketplace integration, aligning product, brand, marketplace and concept development teammates to deliver consistent storytelling and consumer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination, managing key workstreams across merchandising, planning, digital, brand, and retail concept teams.
  • Drive in-season management and read-and-react capabilities, ensuring strong inventory health, consumer demand, and optimized performance.
  • Continuously monitor consumer, competitions, and marketplace insights back to Sport squads.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Background in fashion, retail, or e-commerce / digital marketplace
  • Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable plans and execution
  • Strong coordination and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and align stakeholders
  • Strong product and consumer sensibility, especially in premium / fashion-led businesses
  • Agile, proactive, and comfortable operating in build / launch environments
