  • White-Glove Concierge Service:
  • Provide seamless, 360-degree service from the initial conceptualization, visa coordination, and luxury hotel perks (amenities, upgrades) to 24/7 on-trip support.
  • Anticipate client needs and remain highly adaptable to manage last-minute itinerary changes or emergencies across different time zones.
  • Relationship Management & Advisory:
  • Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships of trust with affluent clients, positioning yourself as their dedicated travel concierge.
  • Proactively pitch trending destinations, newly opened luxury properties, and seasonal exclusive events to your client portfolio.
  • Industry Networking & Partnership:
  • Leverage and cultivate strong relationships with global luxury travel partners, including ultra-luxury hotel brands (e.g., Aman, Rosewood, Four Seasons), top-tier Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and local fixers to secure VIP recognition and exclusive benefits for clients.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in luxury travel curation, premium hospitality concierge roles, or managing high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in a lifestyle management capacity.
  • Industry Knowledge:

  • A strong appreciation for fine dining, art, wine, and contemporary luxury lifestyle culture.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Impeccable communication skills and an elegant demeanor, with the ability to converse confidently and build rapport with discerning individuals.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a calm demeanor under pressure when managing demanding requests or crisis situations.
