Senior Full Stack Engineer
Location: Remote (United States) – Preference for candidates based in California or the Los Angeles area
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 Base Salary + 0.01% – 0.30% Equity

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a well-funded, fast-growing technology startup building innovative digital products at scale. You will work closely with leadership to influence technical direction, build scalable applications, and help shape the future of the platform. Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop full-stack applications from concept to production.
- Build scalable, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Develop robust backend services using Node.js and GraphQL.
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions and product strategy.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and scalable architecture.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technical planning.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar to improve engineering productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js.
- Experience designing and building GraphQL APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Proven experience building and deploying production-ready applications.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools is highly preferred.
