Truck Driver Recruiter (Remote)

As our fleet continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to help us attract and hire top CDL drivers.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Truck Driver Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for CDL-A drivers and Owner Operators. The ideal candidate has experience in the trucking industry, understands FMCSA hiring requirements, and is confident sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified drivers.

This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified CDL-A drivers and Owner Operators
• Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidates based on company hiring requirements.
• Verify driver qualifications, employment history, and required documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps, including background checks, drug testing, and other onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Work closely with the Safety and Operations teams to ensure compliance with FMCSA and company hiring standards.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting CDL truck drivers (required).
• Understanding of FMCSA regulations, DOT requirements, MVRs, PSPs, drug testing, and driver qualification files.
• Experience recruiting both Company Drivers and Owner Operators is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Tenstreet, and standard office software is a plus.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet remote workspace.
