Role Description

As Business Development & Growth Marketing Intern, you will:

• Assist in lead generation through research, outreach, and digital channels
• Support sales campaigns, prospecting, and follow-ups with potential clients
• Help identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Work with the marketing team on campaign execution and promotions
• Maintain and organize lead data and outreach reports
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to improve conversion strategies
• Learn end-to-end B2B sales and client acquisition processes

What You’ll Bring

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to research, analyze prospects, and structure outreach
• Confidence in speaking with clients (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or sales tools is a plus (not mandatory)

Internship Details

Duration: 6 Months

Probation Period: 1 Month

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month for the remaining 5 months after successful completion of the probation period + 5% commission on profits generated from each lead you bring to the company

Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM IST

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

FTE Conversion: High-performing interns will have the opportunity to convert into full-time roles after 6 months, based on performance.
