Position: Chief Financial Officer / CFO – FX/CFD Brokerage

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Define and execute the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes
● Provide strategic financial guidance to the board, focusing on growth, ROI, and cost optimisation
● Support business expansion into new markets through structured financial planning and analysis
● Manage high-volume, multi-currency cash flows across multiple jurisdictions
● Oversee banking relationships and global payment flow operations
● Implement hedging strategies to ensure liquidity, capital adequacy, and financial stability
● Ensure compliance with offshore regulatory frameworks (e.g. FSCA, FSA, and other jurisdictions)
● Oversee financial reporting, audits, and regulatory submissions
● Structure entities and financial operations for tax efficiency and regulatory compliance
● Maintain transparency and accountability across all financial processes
● Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls to safeguard company and client assets
● Monitor financial and trading-related risk exposure
● Ensure compliance with internal governance and risk frameworks
● Lead and manage the global finance team across multiple regions
● Drive automation and efficiency across financial processes and reporting systems
● Oversee ERP and treasury management system implementation and optimisation
● Align finance operations with overall business and trading objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
● Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
● Minimum 5+ years in senior finance leadership within FX/CFD brokerage environments (mandatory)
● Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-currency treasury operations
● Strong knowledge of offshore regulatory frameworks (FSCA, FSA, etc.)
● Experience working with brokerage trading environments and financial systems
● Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills
● Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
● Experience with ERP systems and treasury management tools
● Exposure to fast-growing FX/CFD brokerage environments
● Experience managing cross-border finance teams.
