For our client, we are seeking a People Partner to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary People Partner for Commercial and Finance teams under direct leadership of CFO and CCO
  • Provide comprehensive support including workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
  • Coach managers on performance and team dynamics, enhancing organizational effectiveness
  • Manage employee relations for Clinical Operations and Customer Support with rigorous process adherence
  • Lead investigations in collaboration with People Partners and Legal, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions
  • Own the complete exit survey process, analyzing data to derive meaningful insights
  • Serve as the first contact for Workday case management, ensuring efficiency and thorough follow-up

Qualifications

  • 4-7+ years in HR roles focusing on business partnership, generalist, or employee relations
  • Experience with employee relations investigations, emphasizing strong documentation and judgment
  • Familiarity with both commercial and entry-level workforce dynamics
  • Operational execution skills with a positive view on process work
  • Proficient in U.S. employment law and HR compliance; Workday experience preferred
  • Analytical mindset to identify trends and synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills adaptable to different audiences
