Reports to: Head of Digital Marketing

About the role: As our Growth / Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive demand generation that support business growth. You'll handle the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns, leverage data to improve performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to generate high-quality leads.

Responsibilities and Key Activities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns, focused on lead generation and pipeline growth, across multiple channels (Google, Meta, email ...).
• Conduct testing (new platforms, placements, creatives, messages) to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and implement lead nurturing activities to improve prospect engagement and conversion rates.
• Build automated email campaigns, lead scoring models, and customer journeys.
• Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Help maintain and develop CRM and connected systems and tools.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams on content production and management of the website.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a digital marketing position
• Strong knowledge of advertising platforms (Google, Meta & LinkedIn)
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting
• Proactivity and ability to think on the spot.
• Strong project management skills.
• Positive attitude towards learning/growth.
• Fluent in English

An ideal candidate will also have experience from the B2B segment and previous experience with HubSpot.
