OEM Sales Manager – Low Voltage Electrical

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand OEM customers in Vietnam market;
  • Identify and approach key OEM accounts in industries such as: Industrial equipment, Machine builders, Automation systems, HVAC equipment, Data center infrastructure, Renewable energy systems;
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with OEM customers and decision makers;
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from customer development to project closing;
  • Follow up technical specifications, quotations, negotiations, and project execution;
  • Coordinate internally with technical, product, supply chain, and marketing teams;
  • Achieve annual sales targets and business growth objectives;
  • Promote CHINT low-voltage products and solutions, including: MCCB, MCB, ACB, Contactor, Protection relays, industrial control products;
  • Support customers in product selection and solution optimization;
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and OEM strategies;
  • Collect market information and identify new business opportunities;
  • Support management in developing OEM market strategies in Vietnam.

  • Customer-oriented and result-driven mindset;
  • Strong understanding of low-voltage electrical products and applications;
  • Familiar with: OEM business model, Industrial automation, Industrial project operation;
  • Good understanding of Vietnam industrial market and customer network;
  • English: Business communication level
  • Chinese communication ability is a plus.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in low-voltage electrical industry;
  • At least 3–5 years of OEM business development experience.
