You will:

  • Outbound prospect daily
  • Sell our services to new shippers
  • Convert resourced leads into revenue-generating accounts
  • Manage and cover the freight you bring on

🌟 What You’ll Do

In this hybrid sales + operations position, you will:

  • Cold call and actively pursue new shippers to build your portfolio
  • Sell Circle’s transportation services and turn prospects into long-term accounts
  • Own and grow your customers—service, pricing, solutions & retention
  • Cover your own loads, negotiate carrier rates, and maintain profitability
  • Ensure clean execution with support from Track & Trace and Billing
  • Manage escalations, maintain KPIs, and protect our “No Fail” service standard
  • Strategize pricing and growth plans with leadership
  • Deliver proactive communication and supply chain solutions that matter

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation sales
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, closing, and account expansion
  • Strong negotiation, carrier sourcing, and problem-solving ability
  • Skilled in Google Drive, Excel & CRM/TMS environments
  • Familiar with SalesIntel, ZoomInfo & HubSpot (or ready to learn)
  • Independent operator with leadership ambition and drive
