Role Description The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized dishwashing and kitchen area in a busy restaurant environment. Day-to-day tasks include washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, as well as cleaning dishwashing equipment and workstations. The role also supports the kitchen team by organizing clean items, removing trash, and assisting with basic food preparation as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mississauga, ON, and may involve evening, weekend, and holiday shifts to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Dishwashing skills with attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and safe handling of kitchen equipment.
• Basic Food Preparation and Cooking support skills to assist the kitchen team when required.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff and respond to requests promptly.
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction through maintaining a clean, well-organized environment that supports quality service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry dish racks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen is an asset but not required.
