Position Overview

We are seeking Research Nurses to support clinical trial operations by coordinating patient participation, ensuring protocol compliance, and providing high-quality patient care throughout the research process. This role works closely with physicians, research coordinators, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective clinical trial experiences for patients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Screen and enroll eligible patients into clinical research studies
  • Coordinate study-related visits, including labs, imaging, procedures, and follow-up appointments
  • Educate patients and families on study requirements, treatment plans, and expectations
  • Monitor patient progress and document adverse events according to protocol guidelines
  • Maintain accurate study documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with physicians, coordinators, sponsors, and other clinical staff to support study execution

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and research-related terminology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior clinical research experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of oncology experience
  • Minimum of 1 year working in a research setting
  • Research certification such as ACRP or CCRP

Compensation

Salary Range: Approximately $71,000 - $102,000 annually

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • 100% Onsite
  • Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM (may vary by clinic location)
