Your mission:

Within the “Analytical Applications” section of the IT Department, you will be responsible for the setup and the administration of databases management systems (DBA).

Your responsibilities:

  • Software installation and updates of databases and related software solutions;
  • Management of backup and restore;
  • Incident monitoring and resolution;
  • Assistance in the design of data models for internal developments;
  • Optimisation of existing data models;
  • Support to external providers for the implementation of software packages;
  • User support on the use of databases and related software solutions.

Your profile:

  • You hold a Master's degree in IT;
  • You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role;
  • You have advanced knowledge in:

o Management, maintenance and evolutions of Oracle and PostgreSQL databases (hosted on Solaris and Redhat);

o Designing data models;

  • You keep yourself up-to-date on technology trends and evolutions in this domain;
  • You are fluent in English and French;
  • Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is an advantage;
  • You show curiosity and you are keen to learn;
  • You are willing to take part in the required work shifts in the interest of the Bank;
  • You display initiative and creativity;
  • You are willing to perform, assertive and open-minded.
