Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the establishment and continuous management services of overseas trusts.
- Assist in the construction of the overall framework of the trust segment, and specifically be in charge of the expansion of trust projects, continuous follow-up services, etc.
- Be responsible for collecting market information and customer needs, conveying the company's product and service information to customers, and understanding the basic information of secretarial services for overseas company registration and maintenance.
- Actively carry out communication and coordination with relevant teams, analyze the situations such as market changes and customer needs in this region, and put forward effective suggestions to promote the realization of the company's overall strategy.
- Develop new trust business through external referral parties such as lawyers, accountants, etc.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or above from a prestigious university, with more than 5 years of trust management experience.
- Be familiar with all process links of trust business, possess the professional ability to independently undertake family trust projects, and have professional knowledge in aspects such as the legal basis, risk management, fiscal and tax planning, and investment and financial management related to family trusts.
- Have a clear career development plan and long-term goals, and have a strong interest in trust business.
- Have a service awareness, team spirit and a sense of responsibility, and possess strong stress resistance and communication skills.
岗位职责
1. 负责海外信托的设立及存续管理服务;
2. 协助信托板块整体架构的搭建，具体负责信托项目的拓展、持续跟进服务等;
3. 负责收集市场信息与客户需求，向客户传递公司产品与服务信息，了解海外公司注册及维护的秘书服务基本信息
4. 积极开展与相关团队的沟通协调，对本区域的市场变化客户需求等情况进行分析并提出有效建议，促进公司整体战略的实现。
5. 透過外部轉介方例如律師、會計師等開拓新信託業務。
任职资格:
1. 名校本科及以上学历，5年以上信托管理经验:
2. 熟悉信托业务各流程环节，具有独立承做家族信托项目的专业能力，具备家族信托相关的法律基础、风险管理、财税筹划、投资理财等方面专业知识;
3. 有清晰的职业发展规划及长期目标，对信托业务有浓厚兴趣:
