2. About the Opportunity:

The Remote Chat Representative role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support through live chat. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate product options, place orders, and resolve inquiries. The role is vital to maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless experience from design to delivery.

3. Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via live chat providing accurate information about products and services.

• Assist clients with order placement, customization choices, and online platform navigation.

• Resolve queries related to design, orders, and delivery logistics efficiently.

• Develop thorough knowledge of the organization’s printing and event services.

• Represent the brand professionally to ensure positive customer interactions.

• Guide customers throughout the entire process from concept to final product.

• Document customer interactions and feedback to support service improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex issues.

4. Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in chat or e-commerce environments.

• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality.

• Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for assisting customers.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Proficiency with digital communication tools.

• Preferred: Experience in printing, graphic design, or marketing industries.

• Preferred: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon or Etsy.

• Preferred: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Hourly rate of $25 to $30 USD.
