Position: Associate Recruiter
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $15 - $20/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage potential candidates using creative and innovative methods.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
- Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the applicant tracking system.
Requirements
- Have strong relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a startup environment.
- Strong sourcing techniques and familiarity with a variety of recruitment platforms and tools.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
