Brand Activation Manager, Ireland

Your Responsibilities
- In close collaboration with central marketing teams, translate category and channel strategies into high-impact local plans that deliver growth, revenue, and margin targets
- Across digital, retail, and social channels, bring brand campaigns to life through engaging online and offline activations
- Through targeted CRM activity, grow customer loyalty, strengthen engagement, and drive repeat business
- In partnership with internal teams and local experts, deliver standout events, cooking experiences, promotions, and training programmes that accelerate category growth
- Across retail partner networks, ensure clear and timely communication on product launches, campaigns, promotions, and range updates
- With a focus on customer excellence, adapt and optimise market-facing content, including websites, brochures, learning tools, and point-of-sale materials
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in brand activation, marketing, or category management within a consumer-focused business, plus a full driving licence
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and local market dynamics, with the ability to turn insight into action
- Commercially minded marketer with experience in strategy, planning, activation, and performance delivery
- Skilled at building trusted relationships, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating across teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a talent for simplifying complexity and identifying opportunities for growth
- You will hold a full driving license as this will be a mobile role visiting trade partners and stores.
