Description

I. E-commerce Business Strategy Planning

  • Responsible for the overall e-commerce category business planning, product strategy, pricing strategy, and e-commerce promotion strategy for the branch.
  • Align product strategies across categories within the branch, consolidate branch resources, and take ownership of the revenue targets for all e-commerce categories.
  • Oversee the review of daily sales and promotional plans on e-commerce platforms such as Coupang and Naver, and track team execution results and post-campaign reviews.

II. Platform Partnership & Negotiation

  • Develop platform strategies to strengthen partnerships with e-commerce platforms such as Coupang and Naver.
  • Negotiate for key platform resources and secure maximum support from platforms.

III. E-commerce Team Management

  • Manage the local operations team, define job responsibilities and performance evaluation criteria for each role.
  • Empower the team to enhance operational capabilities and lead the team to achieve performance goals.
