We are hiring an Assistant Development Manager to support our real estate development and investment activities across Hong Kong and Mainland China. The role involves identifying and evaluating site acquisition and joint venture opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, market research, valuations and financial analysis, liaising with government authorities and business partners, supporting acquisition negotiations, and assisting in the management of development projects from inception through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and analytical real estate professional to gain exposure to high-profile development and investment projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Explore potential site acquisitions and joint venture opportunities in Hong Kong and Mainland (when required)
  • Advise on feasibility of possible development projects
  • Liaise with government officials and partners to resolve real estate development issues
  • Assist in negotiations for property acquisitions and manage the development process
  • Undertake valuations, market research and financial analysis for different property types, including residential, office, hotel, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the property sector, experience with developers an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Business-minded and able to work independently
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Development Officer

Professional Qualification / Licence

HKIS/ RICS chartered surveyor or the equivalent.
