ABOUT THE TEAM
We are Makers. Makers Required.
We are Makers — people who care deeply about shaping places where life, work and nature can flourish together. Grounded in our heritage and united by a culture of trust and respect, we dare to take on ambitious ideas and turn them into something real — thoughtfully, collaboratively, and with care for the communities we serve. Our people are at the heart of it all: free to be themselves, driven to make a difference, and inspired to create alongside others. Brick by brick, we build vibrant, inclusive spaces that stand the test of time — because real progress comes from people who choose to make it happen.
We are hiring an Assistant Development Manager to support our real estate development and investment activities across Hong Kong and Mainland China. The role involves identifying and evaluating site acquisition and joint venture opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, market research, valuations and financial analysis, liaising with government authorities and business partners, supporting acquisition negotiations, and assisting in the management of development projects from inception through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and analytical real estate professional to gain exposure to high-profile development and investment projects.
