Description

Responsibilities:

• Experience automating operational tasks and monitoring checks.

• Familiarity with integrating monitoring alerts and operational workflows.

• Ability to implement approved configuration changes in QA and Production environments.

• Participation in release management activities including deployment and QA sanity testing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, or production operations roles.
  • Experience supporting mission‑critical platforms or financial systems is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional technical teams.
  • Ability to work in an incident response or on‑call support rotation if required.
  • Experience coordinating with internal teams and third‑party service providers to resolve platform issues.
  • Experience handling GDPR data removal or sensitive data management requests.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Checkmk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Understanding of SSL/TLS certificate management and renewal processes.
