Position Summary:

The Quality Engineer will focus on daily product quality management, customer quality support, supplier quality improvement, and manufacturing quality control activities.

This role will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Suppliers, and Customers to ensure stable product quality and support business growth during ULT capacity expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Quality

  • Monitor and improve manufacturing process quality.
  • Drive FPY improvement and variation reduction.
  • Conduct process audits and product audits.
  • Support implementation of quality control plans and PFMEA actions.

Customer Quality

  • Support complaint investigations and CAPA activities.
  • Analyze field quality issues and support corrective actions.
  • Assist in warranty and customer feedback analysis.

Supplier Quality

  • Support incoming quality management.
  • Drive supplier quality improvement activities.
  • Support supplier CAPA implementation.
  • Participate in supplier audits and qualification activities.

Product Quality Improvement

  • Collect and analyze quality data.
  • Identify recurring issues and support improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to improve product quality performance.

Digital & AI Quality Engineering

  • Utilize AI and digital tools to improve quality analysis efficiency.
  • Support development of digital quality dashboards.
  • Apply data analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support implementation of digital quality management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supplier Quality.
  • Experience in Medical Device, Laboratory Equipment, Refrigeration, HVAC, Compressor, Air Conditioning, or related industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with quality tools including 8D, 5 Why, SPC, PFMEA, MSA and CAPA.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Minitab, AI copilots, or other digital quality tools preferred.
