Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Origination and Revenue Generation

  • Ability to generate leads and prospects across institutional client base (Hedge Funds, Quantitative funds, Proprietary trading firms, Market Makers etc).
  • Support the identification and development of new business opportunities aligned with AAC’s strategic priorities & Risk profile.
  • Drive client revenues through execution, clearing, financing, and cross-product solutions.
  • Support pricing, balance sheet allocation, and commercial negotiations to ensure profitability and efficient capital usage.
  • Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across the broader markets and clearing franchise.

Client Relationship & Onboarding

  • Act as a key coordinator during client onboarding, coordinate across Legal, Compliance, Credit Risk, and Operations to ensure timely and compliant onboarding.
  • Capture and communicate client feedback internally to improve products, services, and processes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Trading, Risk, Legal, Operations, Technology) to deliver seamless front-to-back client experience.
  • Support interactions with external parties (exchanges, CCPs, brokers, custodians) as required.

Market & Industry Awareness

  • Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape.
  • Contribute insights on client needs and competitive positioning.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

Education & Licensing

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • SFC license Type 1 & Type 2 holder

Experience

  • > 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in institutional sales, clearing, execution, or prime services preferred.
  • Understanding of financial markets, clearing and prime brokerage services.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to support business development and revenue generation.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and client lifecycle management.
  • Strong coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, risk awareness, and regulatory understanding.
  • Team-oriented with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
