Role Purpose:

This role is critical in driving the creation and scaling of AI-enabled products that enhance customer experience, improve business performance, and streamline operations across our O+O (Offline + Online) ecosystem. By translating ideas into impactful solutions and championing adoption, you will help shape smarter ways of working—while ultimately putting a smile on customers’ faces through meaningful, data-driven innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery to rollout and continuous improvement, ensuring strong execution and outcomes
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps with a customer-focused mindset
  • Manage timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams in an agile, collaborative environment
  • Partner closely with technical, data, UX/UI, business, and country teams to deliver scalable, practical solutions
  • Drive adoption of AI tools and AI-enabled workflows, embedding new ways of working across the organization
  • Use a scientific and data-driven approach to prioritize features, measure impact, and continuously improve performance
  • Communicate product progress, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Coach and guide team members on product and project management best practices, fostering collaboration as a way of working

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in product management, project delivery, business analysis, or digital initiatives
  • Strong understanding of product and project methodologies (Agile, SDLC, backlog management, roadmap planning)
  • Hands-on interest and practical use of AI tools, automation, and data-driven solutions
  • Ability to balance customer value, business priorities, and delivery discipline with strong execution focus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
  • Confidence to influence, align teams, and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive, get-things-done mindset
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Power BI/Tableau, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar
