The Role

This is a Cadet role designed for someone at the beginning of their construction career who is eager to learn, contribute and grow. You will be embedded in a project delivery team and gain real, hands-on experience across a range of construction and fitout projects valued between $1M and $20M.

You will be exposed to and supported across:

• Site coordination and project delivery
• Subcontractor and consultant coordination
• Quality assurance and compliance
• Project documentation and reporting
• Contract administration fundamentals
• Safety management on site and in the office

What We Are Looking For

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
• A proactive attitude and a real appetite to absorb everything the industry has to offer
• A genuine interest in construction and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry
• Organised, reliable and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Construction White Card, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
