The Countsy Accounting Manager is responsible for upholding the Company’s commitment to the Client by focusing on quality in all aspects of delivery. In addition, the Accounting Manager has the skills to meet the objectives of the specific assignment with minimal supervision. The Accounting manager has the experience and background to take on Countsy’s more complex clients and identify and suggest solutions proactively for Countsy client management review and implementation.
This position is primarily responsible for performing the day-to-day accounting tasks for multiple complex Countsy Clients. The Accounting Manager will function as a contributing team member to their assigned team, working with other Senior Accountants, Accounting Managers, Staff Accountants, HR Generalists, Payroll Specialists, and the team’s Controller and Assistant Controller. From time to time, the Accounting Manager may be asked to assist other team members or help with coverage of other team member’s clients.
The ideal candidate must be able to work with the designated Startup CFO for each client, and deliver a timely, and quality service to the Client, while adhering to all appropriate policies and procedures that are GAAP compliant. This position requires a high degree of independent judgment and decision making. Assistance may be sought from the Controller, Assistant Controller, or Startup CFO.

Washington Time Off and Leave
Management and Support Roles : Employees working in the state of Washington will receive the following time off and leave benefits:*
Short-Term Disability Benefits: RGP provides eligible employees up to 12 weeks of paid leave for total and temporary disability due to illness or injury.
Maternity Leave: For pregnancy and childbirth, female employees may receive up to 8 weeks (40 days) of paid Maternity Leave.**
Parental Leave: RGP provides 2 weeks (10 days) of paid Parental Leave for the birth or adoption of a child.**
