The Role
As our Sr. Electrical Technician, you will help build and implement the core technologies that power our products. This is a highly hands-on role where you will work directly on battery systems and power electronics, helping construct field-ready demonstrations and commercial products.
What You'll Do
* Fabricate, assemble, and test custom PCBs, wiring harnesses, battery systems, and power distribution assemblies
* Analyze performance data and drive continuous design improvements
* Work closely with mechanical engineers, technicians, and leadership to bring products from concept to deployment
* Support customer demonstrations, pilot projects, and early product development efforts
What You Bring
* Associate’s/Bachelor's in Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
* 2+ years of relevant experience fabricating, assembling, and testing physical hardware (BESS, EVs, transformers, inverters, etc)
* Comfortable working with high-voltage and high-amperage systems
