Are you a licensed architect who thrives on designing impactful multifamily communities? We're partnering with a highly respected architectural firm seeking an experienced Licensed Architect to lead the design and execution of large-scale multifamily projects.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, team-oriented environment where you'll take ownership of projects from concept through construction while mentoring junior staff and helping shape design standards across the firm.
What You'll Do
As a key member of the architectural team, you will:
- Lead the design and delivery of large-scale multifamily projects with minimal oversight.
- Develop innovative design solutions while ensuring compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and ADA requirements.
- Produce high-quality construction documents utilizing Revit/BIM.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of design and construction.
- Present design concepts and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Review consultant drawings, scopes of work, and project documentation for quality and accuracy.
- Conduct site observations and assist in monitoring construction for contract compliance.
- Mentor junior architects and designers while contributing to firm-wide design standards and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Architect in one of the 50 U.S. states (financial assistance provided for Washington reciprocity).
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional architectural design experience.
- 5+ years designing large-scale multifamily residential projects.
- 5+ years of professional Revit experience.
- Strong proficiency with Revit and other architectural design software.
- Thorough understanding of zoning codes, building regulations, and multifamily design standards.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and environmentally responsible practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday with a flexible schedule.
- This is an on-site position based in the corporate office.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually
