We are seeking an experienced and strategic Architecture BIM Manager to lead Building Information Modeling implementation across project lifecycles and enable integrated project delivery through advanced digital construction practices. What You’ll Achieve

BIM Strategy & Digital Delivery:

-Lead BIM implementation across all project lifecycle stages to ensure effective project delivery and digital integration.

-Establish BIM standards, protocols, workflows, and governance in alignment with company and client requirements.

-Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) across projects.

-Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and support document control processes.

-Monitor BIM performance indicators and ensure compliance with established standards.

Model Management & Quality Control:

-Oversee the development, coordination, maintenance, and delivery of BIM models across all disciplines.

-Ensure models comply with project requirements, information standards, and Level of Development (LOD) specifications.

-Review and approve BIM deliverables prior to submission.

-Monitor model quality, consistency, and technical compliance throughout project execution.

-Support quantity take-offs, project visualization, reporting activities, and digital construction planning.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

-Lead multidisciplinary coordination across Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure teams.

-Conduct clash detection exercises and facilitate coordination and resolution meetings.

-Act as the focal point between consultants, contractors, project teams, and key stakeholders.

-Support construction sequencing, 4D simulations, and integrated project planning activities.

-Provide technical BIM guidance and solutions to project teams.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement:

-Lead, mentor, and develop BIM Coordinators and BIM Engineers.

-Organize BIM training initiatives and promote knowledge sharing across teams.

-Support performance management and professional development activities.

-Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital construction practices.

What You’ll Bring to ACC

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.

-BIM-related certifications are preferred.

-Minimum of 12 to15 years of experience within construction and engineering projects.

Skills & Competencies:

-Proven experience delivering large

-scale residential projects.

-Strong knowledge of BIM standards, coordination processes, and digital delivery methodologies.

-Hands-on experience with BIM platforms, CDE environments, and model coordination workflows.

-Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

-Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
