We are currently seeking a Remote Medical Care Agent to support a medical clinic based in New York. This is a fully remote, full-time position.
Please note that candidates will be required to complete training with the manager. The training covers a substantial amount of medical information, including details about doctors, insurance information, clinic specialization, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to patients
- Conduct follow-ups on patient health using standard questionnaires
- Enter patient responses into the system
- Respond to patient questions
- Build positive and trusting relationships with patients
- Manage follow-up schedules based on workload
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Russian
- Previous experience in the medical field or medical education
- Strong telephone communication skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Ability to handle difficult customers effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Working Hours:
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (New York time)
- 40 hours per week
Compensation:
- $4/hour during training
- $7/hour after training
