Digital Technology Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on specialist to own the platforms and data capabilities that enable customer activation, personalisation and Digital Sales. You will maintain our GA4 and BigQuery environment, prepare activation-ready data, and work closely with Commercial teams and the central Data CoE to deliver reliable, high-quality data for growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and maintain the commercial GA4 and BigQuery environment.

· Ensure data quality, tracking integrity and platform reliability.

· Build and maintain lightweight ETLs, datasets and audience tables.

· Prepare data for Tealium/CDP activation, campaigns and personalisation.

· Collaborate with the central Data CoE on integrations and platform improvements.

· Translate commercial requirements into practical data solutions.

· Support growth initiatives through customer segmentation, activation and experimentation.

Required Qualifications

· 3–5 years' experience with BigQuery/GCP, SQL and GA4.

· Experience managing digital data platforms and ensuring data quality.

· Experience building datasets, ETLs or data transformations.

· Comfortable working with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

Nice to Have

· Exposure to Customer Data Platforms, CRM or marketing activation platforms is desirable.

· Experience in growth, activation, experimentation, or digital optimisation roles.

· Experience in telecommunications, subscription businesses, or high-volume customer environments.

· Python or scripting for automation.

· Telecommunications or subscription business experience.

· Understanding of customer journeys and commercial activation.
