MISSION
The Aesthetic Doctor will be responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic medicine consultations and treatments, with a strong focus on personalized care, natural results, patient safety, and premium guest experience.
The role requires an experienced medical professional with strong expertise in non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures, preventive medicine, skin health, and VIP patient care.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional aesthetic medicine consultations for face, skin, and body concerns.
- Assess patient needs and create personalized treatment plans.
- Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures, including injectables, skin boosters, PRP, mesotherapy, laser treatments, peels, and energy-based treatments.
- Ensure safe, ethical, and high-quality medical practice at all times.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, downtime, and post-treatment care.
- Follow up on patient progress and adjust treatment plans when needed.
- Provide medical advice related to skincare, aesthetic treatments, and preventive health.
- Deliver an excellent patient experience with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Work closely with medical, wellness, and hospitality teams to ensure a holistic guest journey.
- Participate in CLP onboarding, training, and regular refresh programs.
- Travel when required for training purposes, mainly to Switzerland or other CLP locations.
REQUIRED PROFILE
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Medical degree with specialization or strong experience in aesthetic medicine.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Aesthetic Doctor.
- Valid or eligible medical license in the practicing jurisdiction.
- Strong experience with VIP, international, and high-end patients.
- Proven expertise in injectables, skin rejuvenation, laser or energy-based treatments, and personalized aesthetic protocols.
- Good knowledge of aesthetic medicine innovations, preventive medicine, and longevity.
- Experience with skin analysis tools and technologies would be an advantage.
