Role Description

This is a full-time (part-time can also be discussed) on-site role for a Padel Coach, in a team of 4 within the HOP Academy. The Padel Coach will be responsible for conducting padel training sessions, organizing tournaments, providing individual coaching, and developing training programs for players of all levels.

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced padel coach who:

✔️ Holds certifications or proven experience in padel coaching (tennis could be accepted)

✔️ Has strong communication skills in English (Malay or mandarin would be a plus).

✔️ Is committed to fostering a welcoming and fun environment for players of all levels.

✔️ Is enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of the sport in the region.

What will you do:

• Implement the weekly classes of HOP Academy by HEAD and HOP School by Club Med, with detailed padel programs for all levels, including school programs.
• Lead lessons and clinics for players of various skill levels, from 7 to 77.
• Train local and new coaches.
• Manage events, tournaments, and activities to engage the community.
• Identity and grow high-potential players for the Malaysian National Team.
• Create a fun and energetic atmosphere on and off the court.
• Represent House of Padel on and off the court, including in competitions.
