Job Accountabilities:

1. Program Integration Strategy, Governance, & Mobilization

1.1 Lead the integrated program operating model, governance structure, and execution framework across business, product, technology, and partner teams.

1.2 Establish and maintain enterprise-level governance, decision-making, escalation, and accountability mechanisms to support effective program execution.

1.3 Own the integrated roadmap, critical path, dependency management, and milestone planning across all domains and workstreams.

1.4 Provide independent challenge and validation of program status, risks, readiness, and delivery assumptions to ensure leadership visibility reflects actual program health.

1.5 Drive cross-domain alignment, conflict resolution, prioritization, and decision-making across stakeholders with competing objectives and constraints.

2. Execution Oversight, Executive Readiness, & Organizational Leadership

2.1 Monitor program health, delivery readiness, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions across the portfolio and ensure timely escalation and resolution.

2.2 Lead executive reporting, governance forums, and decision support processes, translating complex program information into clear and actionable narratives.

2.3 Ensure consistent adoption of PMO standards, execution disciplines, and governance requirements across all domains and partner organizations.

2.4 Build and strengthen local program integration capability through coaching, mentoring, operating model maturity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

2.5 Drive realization of intended business outcomes by ensuring delivery execution remains aligned to program objectives, organizational priorities, and transformation goals.

Experience:

12+ years of program management, transformation, PMO, consulting, product, or technology leadership experience

Operating across business and technology organizations

Establishing governance frameworks, operating models, and execution disciplines

Managing complex stakeholder environments and executive-level decision forums

Driving cross-functional alignment without direct reporting authority

Executive communication, storytelling, and influence skills

Experience working across global and local teams preferred

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field

Master’s degree preferred

Professional Certificate:

PMP preferred

Agile certifications preferred

Lean Six Sigma preferred
