Stevin Rock is seeking a creative and technically skilled Videographer & Digital Content Creator to support the development of high-quality visual content across the business. This is a unique opportunity to work within one of the world's leading quarrying companies, creating engaging content that supports safety, training, recruitment, corporate communications, sustainability initiatives and employer branding.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire content creation process, from concept development and filming through to editing, animation and final production. The role requires an individual who can operate independently, manage multiple projects and deliver professional content suitable for both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create professional video content for training, health and safety campaigns, recruitment marketing, employee communications and corporate branding.
- Film on-site activities across multiple operational locations including quarries, workshops, laboratories and corporate offices.
- Plan and coordinate video shoots, including scripting, storyboarding, lighting, audio and location preparation.
- Capture high-quality photography and videography for use across websites, social media channels, presentations and marketing materials.
- Edit raw footage into polished content using professional editing software.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, title sequences and visual effects to enhance content quality and audience engagement.
- Operate and maintain cameras, drones, lighting and audio equipment.
- Produce content suitable for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with HSE, HR, Operations and Corporate teams to create engaging content that aligns with organisational objectives.
- Manage a content library and maintain digital asset organisation and storage.
- Support live events, site visits, conferences and major corporate initiatives through visual content production.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree, Diploma or Professional Qualification in Videography, Multimedia, Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in professional videography, photography and digital content production.
- Experience creating content for corporate, industrial, construction, mining, manufacturing or engineering environments would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage video projects from concept through final delivery.
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
- Drone operating experience and certification would be advantageous.
